Welcome to in2mobility LLC based out of NYC. We, the founders of this organization, have a decade worth of experience in Home Health Care. Working directly with families over the years, we realized there is a greater need for other things besides home care to get family members home safely. With our expertise in customer care, we teamed up together to fill that need of facilitating the safety of family members at home. In conjunction with Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Physicians, and family, we created in2mobility LLC. In2mobility is an organization with solutions of having family members staying and moving around the home safely.
Over the years being in home health care, there were many reasons why family members were unable to go home from the hospital, nursing home, or clinics. One of the main reasons why a patient was unable to be discharged safely home was because there are stairs the patient is unable to walk up and/or down the stairs. In2mobility came up with a few solutions depending on the family's need. Because stairs and people come in a variety of shapes, sizes and lengths, in2mobility offers a complete ray of solutions. We offer straight stair lifts, curved stair lifts, elite stair lifts, and heavy duty stair lifts. Some stairs are shorter and need other options, we offer ramps. In2mobilty LLC offers modular ramps, permanent ramps, temporary ramps, heavy duty ramps, short ramps, and portable ramps. The other option to move safely around stairs is using the vertical lift; it works like an elevator, but less complicated.
The second main reason why a patient was unsafe to be home is because there is no one to monitor, watch or supervise their safety. We understand that sometimes a family member may unfortunately become unaware of their surroundings and sometimes wander away, our in2mobility Health System can help keep track of family members. In2mobility Health System is state of the art technology that allows family members, physicians, and other health care professionals have the ability to monitor patients' location, medication disbursement, activity (without being obtrusive using camera's but instead using motions sensors), and allowing the patient to contact or be contacted by their emergency contact (for example; doctor, 911, family member, our command center), etc. This technology can be accessed through any computer and smart phone using username and password.
In2mobility Health System gives the comfort of knowing your family member is home safely while you are at work, vacation, or out shopping.
In2mobility Health System is not limited to seniors, adolescents, or infants. We also offer this program to schools, nursing home, and hospitals.
